Where can I find my registration key?

Your supervisor should be able to tell you. If he doesn't know you may contact the quality organisation of TEPNL (ep-nl.cms@totalenergies.com).

Who can I contact in case of questions or problems?

You may ask your Company Verifier or Company Administrator. If they cannot help you, please use the helpdesk email address (ep-nl.cms@totalenergies.com).

I do not have a valid e-mail address. How can I register in EPITS?

You need an active e-mail address to register in EPITS. Your e-mail address will become your username.

 

Alternatively your Administrator can create an account manually. But in either case, you do need an active e-mail address for communication. The EPITS team will use your e-mail address to inform you about new developments, new or changed modules, or when your qualification will expire soon.

 

Note that you may create a free e-mail account, or use a general e-mail account that is used within your company (e.g. info@...). But remember that the e-mail address is active, because it will be used for communication.

Is it possible to have different people working under one account?

No, EPITS is a Personal Training Environment, meaning that each User has its own Personal account in EPITS.

Why do I have to take module X for my training?

The applicable modules are based on your function, role and activities. Following the modules helps you to do your job according the TEPNL rules and guidelines.

Now that I have qualified for the modules in EPITS, what will be the next step?

You are now registered as 'Qualified' in the EPITS database. 

 

Note that your qualification will expire within a defined period. You will receive an e-mail notification one month prior to expiration of your qualification status to allow you to re-qualify in time.

Can I change the information in my 'Personal Details'? (i.e. company name, e-mail address, etc.)

Yes, you can change your password, telephone number and e-mail adress yourself in Profile menu. Furthermore you can add or remove the name of the contractor organization.

The other details can be modified by your administrator.

What is the expiry date of the modules?

The expiry date of the modules is:

- one year after the date of successful qualification for modules 05, 10, 11, 12 and 13

- three years after the date of successful qualification for modules  01, 02, 03, 40 and 41. 

Will my account be deleted when I stop working for TotalEnergies EP Nederland?

Your account will be automatically deleted 12 months after the last expiration date of the EPITS modules you have qualified for. You will be notified by email:

- three months before deletion of your account

- one week before deletion of your account

- when your account is deleted
